We are so glad you are here. This page highlights key information to help you get started and feel prepared for the 2026–2027 school year. Please review the full handbook for all the details you need.
These events are designed to help your family feel connected before school begins and confident on day one.
Class placements: Pre-K3–5th grade students will receive teacher postcards the week before school begins. Middle school schedules will be posted in FACTS.
School supplies: Supplies are included in tuition. Students only need a backpack, water bottle, and wired headphones.
Technology: Devices will be distributed to K–8 students during the first week.
Uniforms: Everyday uniforms begin on the first day. Formal Mass uniforms begin October 1. Pre-K3 does not attend Mass, and Pre-K4 begins attending Mass after Christmas break.
Tiger Times is emailed every Wednesday and is your primary source for school news. FACTS is used for grades, attendance, tuition, and alerts. The STCS App includes the calendar, directory, and notifications.
Extended Care runs from dismissal until 5:45 PM each school day and is open to all students in Pre-K3–8th grade. Families may use it monthly or as a drop-in option when needed.
Your New Family Parent Ambassadors help connect you with grade-level communications and welcome you into the life of the school community.
Morning carline begins at 7:30 AM and the school day starts at 7:50 AM. Afternoon dismissal begins at 3:30 PM.
Elementary loop: Pre-K–2nd grade students enter from Cross Valley Run near the Elementary Building.
Elmer Hall loop: 3rd–8th grade students enter from Small Drive near Elmer Hall.
Families with multiple children: Always use the youngest child’s drop-off and pick-up zone.
Safety: Students exit on the passenger side only, parents remain in their vehicles, and phones should be put away in school zones.
If you arrive after 7:50 AM, please park and take your child to the main office. Students in 3rd grade and older may go to the office on their own.
Children not picked up within 20 minutes of dismissal are escorted to Extended Care, and the time is billed through FACTS.
If a child is picked up after 5:45 PM, a late fee applies.
Half days dismiss at 11:50 AM, and there is no Extended Care on half days.
