Returning for the 2021-2022 School Year? You must compete this form by March 12, 2021 to hold your spot for next year.
The nonrefundable $125 (per child) Contingency Fee will be billed to your FACTS account on March 15th and due March 25th. The Contingency Fee secures a student’s spot for the 2021-2022 school year.

Some things to know about Continuous Enrollment:
FACTS will automatically use the same tuition payment plan for the 2021-2022 school year you selected for the 2020-2021 school year (i.e. payment in full, 2 payments or 10 payments). FACTS charges a processing fee of.$20 for up to 2 payments and $50 for 3+ payments.
If you pay tuition in full by Monday, June 15, 2021, the $125 Contingency fee will be refunded.
If you would like to change your tuition payment plan for 2021-2022 or if there is another person who will be paying your child(ren)’s tuition, please fill out the form: Parent Requests: Tuition & Fees in FACTS by March 20, 2021.
If there are any changes in your family’s information (email address, parish, etc.), please login to the Family Portal and select Family where you can make your own edits.
Tuition Assistance Applications – **Deadline April 2, 2021**
