5 Steps to apply to St. Theresa's Catholic School  - It's easy and we are here to help.  

STEP 1: CONTACT

Tell us about yourself and your student by giving our Admissions Director, Susie Thompson a call at 512-275-7261, emailing  sthompson@st-therea.org, or filling out our online Contact Form.

STEP 2: MEET 
Come tour our campus or have a Zoom info session with our Admissions Director.  You may reserve a time on our online calendar or signup for an open house.  

STEP 3: SUBMIT 
Fill out an online application and pay the $200  application fee (2025/26 school year applications open Nov 1st). You will need:

• Birth certificate 
• Baptismal certificate (if baptized) 
• Current immunization record
• Email of a previous primary teacher who will fill out the Teacher Recommendation Form
• Send Transcripts and Records Release to previous school.  For K-8th, please upload the student's current year and previous year's report cards.
• After you have submitted your application - your 3rd-8th grade student may schedule a Friday Shadow Day

STEP 4: ASSESS 
PreK students will complete their assessment with our PreK teachers in January for PreK4 and February for PreK3.  
Rising Kinder and 1st-grade students are assessed by our school counselor.
Incoming 2nd-8th grade students do a Renaissance Star Assessment online and a short writing sample with our learning specialists.
