St. Theresa’s Catholic School welcomes and encourages parental participation in every aspect of our students’ education. Back-to-School Night and semi-annual Parent Open Houses provide parents the opportunity to tour the school and individual classrooms, become acquainted with the entire faculty, meet other school families and ask questions about school policies and procedures. Pre-kindergarten and kindergarten teachers invite their incoming students to an open house held in the classroom before school starts. This event gives each child the opportunity to become familiar with his/her classroom and to meet the teachers.
Parent-teacher conferences are scheduled after the first nine-week grading period. Teachers are available for additional conferences upon request.
St. Theresa’s Catholic School relies on the enthusiasm, talent and experience of our parents. Parents are strongly encouraged to join our Tiger PTO, a vital support organization for the school, and to attend the monthly School Advisory Board meetings.
